Hello and welcome - truly. I'm so glad you're here, and I hope you'll come along for the ride!

TRS Co. seems to be constantly growing and evolving, but one thing has never changed: my mission has always been to help women, families, and ranching teams build lives they genuinely enjoy. So many of us move through the day-to-day without ever stopping to notice that we're normalizing stress and tension, tolerating our misery, or settling for a version of life that we don't even enjoy. I know that season well, and I know how much can change when you finally decide to step up and take leadership of your own life.

That's why I created TRS Co.: to offer connection, community, resources, conversations, and grounded guidance that helps people  lead themselves and their families well, build healthy relationships, and thrive in their lives and in their ranching businesses.

A little about me:

I am a mother, wife, and fifth generation cattle rancher who grew up on our family's 118 year old ranch northwest of Ekalaka, Montana. I am a high school and college math teacher turned homeschool mom who could write a full dissertation on the evolution of my educational philosophy (but I'll spare you, hehe).

 

I love deep conversations, wide-open spaces, 90s country, coffee, a good spreadsheet, books of all kinds, ranching, and ranchers....the men, women, and kids who carry this lifestyle.

 

I’m also a woman who burnt herself out chasing achievements, admiration, and validation, trying to be what everyone else wanted me to be. I didn't realize that life could be peaceful and enjoyable, until I slowed down, became deeply self-aware, ditched my limiting beliefs, gained clarity on who I actually wanted to be (not who other's wanted me to be), and got to work becoming her. 

 

As a lifelong learner, I believe growth is essential, leadership of your life is your responsibility, and that we’re never too old, too busy, or too set in our ways to become better versions of ourselves.
